My name is Kara. I am a licensed massage therapist and certified Myofascial Release Massage therapist, and Reiki II practitioner. I am a graduate of Bancroft School of Massage Therapy in Worcester, Massachusetts. I am certified in Pre-Natal massage.
Because of the nature of out-call massage, this is a limited private practice. I only accept new clients that I have met, or who have been referred to me by other clients.

Myofascial Release - My specialty. This is a therapeutic technique done without oil or cream. Effective for asthma, frozen shoulder, carpal tunnel syndrome, thoracic outlet syndrome, Fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis, muscular dystrophy, multiple sclerosis, plantar fascitis, rotator cuff injuries and generally to decrease pain, tension and restrictions to increase ease and range of motion.
- Swedish Massage - the classic full body massage promoting an all over sense of balance and relaxation. A perfect treatment for stress management and muscle aches from daily life.
- Therapeutic Massage - your specific needs can be addressed with therapeutic massage. Headaches, migraines, areas of tension from old injuries or repetetive use are treated with integrated modalities to help you become pain free.
- Pre-Natal Massage - For the expectant mother.
60 and 90 minute treatment options are available. Why a 90 minute massage? This gives the client a full hour of Swedish massage, plus additional attention to any area that needs more specific or deeper work.
